| Shipping charges vary depending on the size of the piece and your location. Large or heavy furniture type items are shipped by common freight carrier, the shipping cost will vary depending on the weight of the item and the destination. Furniture is blanket-wrapped and handled by specialized movers. Please email us for details on a particular item.
Returns are accepted for merchandise that is clearly defective or damaged. A refund of the full price of the items excluding shipping costs will be issued as soon as we receive and inspect the item. We must be notified by email, phone or fax within 5 days of customer receipt of any damaged merchandise for the item to be returned.
Returns are also accepted for merchandise that you may be unsatisfied with within 30 days. You will be credited for the cost of the item less any shipping costs and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We must be notified of such returns by email, phone or fax prior to return shipping. Returns are not accepted unless preauthorized.
